I’m currently on L-1A with about 10 months left before I reach the maximum stay. My employer previously filed an H-1B for me as a backup option, but after an RFE, the petition was denied.

My EB-3 priority date is now very close to becoming current based on the latest Visa Bulletin.

From a strategic standpoint, would it be wiser to remain on L-1A and wait for my priority date to become current, or should we consider refiling the H-1B to preserve status flexibility?
